Hi, I’m Kelly Roche, a full-time Realtor and Associate Broker with 9 years of experience helping buyers and sellers throughout the Rochester, Finger Lakes, Livingston, and Wyoming County markets. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients navigate one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives — from first-time homebuyers and relocation clients to investors, luxury properties, upsizing/downsizing, and vacation homes throughout Western New York.

As a lifelong Western New York resident, growing up near Letchworth State Park, graduating from SUNY Geneseo, and living throughout the Rochester area have given me extensive knowledge across multiple counties and communities throughout the region.

Helping over 50 clients on average each year has allowed me to build strong market knowledge, communication skills, and innovative marketing strategies that help my clients stand out in today’s competitive market. Known for my transparent approach and honest guidance, I pride myself on helping buyers and sellers navigate every step of the process so they can make confident and informed decisions. My business has been built heavily through referrals, repeat clients, and a strong online and social media presence throughout the Rochester area.
